Tim Doppel is a part time author, as comfortable at the keyboard as he is working in his landscape. An entrepreneur for over 20 years, he also served as the Business Manager for a sizable non-profit organization. Additionally, along with many friends and companions, Tim led a non-profit mentoring program for 12 years in a high-need school district. Tim has written many industry related articles as well as faith-based programs for VBS activities, church programs, and church publications. He was the primary author and editor of The Healthy Landscape: Landscape Care for A New Century manual. Tim was awarded the Environmental Communicator of The Year from the Turf & Ornamental Communicators Association. In 2023, Tim published "101 Ways to Romance Your Spouse." And in 2024, "The Wind That Did Not Blow" was released. He is the author of a weekly blog entitled, “An Everyday Evangelist”. He resides in Michigan with his wife of over 40 years.
